On 1st of July (Happy B-day Canada!) I went to Ju-san's house for a mini-photoshoot with Mitaki-kun. We did the Loveless cover 6 cosplay, and after that, since the weather went rainy, we did some brownies and cookies as Honey and Clover characters. That was crazy, but really fun! XD I also did some fabric and ribbons shopping the day after, and I forgot some important things, like always... but the guy at the store was really nice, he gave me good bargains!^^

Yesterday I went to a concert at Montreal's International Jazz Festival, it was Éric Truffaz. I was scared because I didn't like his last album, mixing his usual fuzzy awesome trumpet with R&B (which I HATE), but on stage it was awesome, they added a good drummer and the rapper (you know, those who do bass and drums and DJ only with their mouth? That kind.) was really impressive live, more than on CD. The only problem: the show lasted only 1h20. When the ticket is 50$, it's a bit frustrating... but it was still a very good show. I love that kind of electro-jazz!^^

And today, I went to the Hetalia photoshoot, we were only 3 cosplayers finally, and the other two were doing Canada! (At least Selenee was also doing Hungary, which is good since I was doing Austria!^^ ) We ate ice cream with seagulls (we gave them president names! XD ), took pictures with the wind and fishes and Biodôme and flags that were not ours... We met up with Apple as Sora later, and it got very cold, so after a little chatting we went to... Cours Mont-Royal, just in front of where I work! I was depressed going to Peel station... XD But the setting was really nice and we didn't get bothered by security or anything, so it was actually a good place.

So for now, I'll concentrate on Otakuthon and Ciel if there is any other photoshoot to come, but I really need to work hard on my items to sell for Otakuthon, and also on my cosplays. I probably won't get out if I'm not working.

NEED HELP! I'm looking for a dance partner for my masquerade skit at Otakuthon. You would need to be a girl, to not be scared of a bit of exposure (Meiko or Sakine Meiko from Vocaloid). The dance is easy, and I'm lending the costume (if you're about my size). If I don't find someone I would find another skit idea, but I just want to do this one so much... *_* Contact me if you are interested or curious!
